データ削除のご案内
Instagram自動投稿サービス

株式会社SKIDAY（以下「当社」）のInstagram自動投稿サービスにおいて、当社が保管している情報の 削除をご希望の場合の手順をご案内します。どちらの方法でも、削除のご依頼に費用はかかりません。

当社が保管している情報

情報内容
Instagramアカウント情報アカウントID（user_id）、ユーザーネーム、アカウント種別
アクセストークン投稿APIを実行するための認可情報
連携設定投稿スケジュール、対象カメラ、キャプションの雛形
ご担当者情報氏名、所属、メールアドレス、電話番号

当社は、お客様のパスワード、フォロワーその他エンドユーザーの個人情報、 ダイレクトメッセージの内容を一切保管していません。

方法1：Instagramの設定から連携を解除する（即時・お客様だけで完結）

STEP 1 Instagramアプリを開き、ご自身のプロフィール画面から右上のメニュー（≡）→「設定とプライバシー」を開きます。
STEP 2 「アカウントセンター」→「アプリとウェブサイト」（または「セキュリティ」→「ウェブサイトの許可」）を開きます。
STEP 3 一覧から SKIDAY を選び、「削除」または「アクセスを取り消す」をタップします。
この操作を行うと、その時点で以下が起こります。

なお、連携解除は過去に投稿された画像を削除するものではありません。 すでにお客様のInstagram上に公開されている投稿は、お客様ご自身でInstagramアプリから削除してください。

方法2：当社へ削除をご依頼いただく（全データの完全削除）

連携情報だけでなく、ご担当者情報や設定を含めたすべてのデータの削除をご希望の場合は、 以下の窓口へご連絡ください。

受付後の流れ

  1. 当社より受付確認のご連絡を差し上げます（原則3営業日以内）
  2. ご本人確認のうえ、対象データを削除します
  3. 削除完了後、完了報告をメールでお送りします（ご依頼から30日以内）

ライブカメラ画像について

ライブカメラで撮影された画像は、当社が施設様との撮影・配信契約に基づいて取得・保管しているものであり、 Metaプラットフォームから取得したデータではありません。画像そのものの取り扱い・削除については、 別途、施設様との契約条件に従います。ご不明な点は上記窓口へお問い合わせください。

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

This page explains how to have SKIDAY Inc. delete the data we hold in connection with our Instagram auto-posting service. There is no charge for a deletion request.

What we store

We do not store passwords, personal data of followers or end users, or direct message content.

Option 1 — Revoke access from Instagram (immediate, self-service)

  1. Open the Instagram app and go to Settings and privacy.
  2. Open Accounts Center → Apps and websites (or Security → Apps and websites).
  3. Select SKIDAY and tap Remove / Revoke access.

Our access token becomes invalid immediately and automatic posting stops at once. We detect the revoked token and delete the associated account information within 30 days. Revoking access does not delete posts already published to your account; please remove those from the Instagram app yourself.

Option 2 — Request full deletion from us

To delete all data including contact details and settings, email info@skiday.co.jp with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including:

We acknowledge within 3 business days, verify the requester, delete the data, and confirm completion by email within 30 days of the request.
