株式会社SKIDAY（以下「当社」）は、スキー場・観光施設等に設置したライブカメラの画像を、 お客様（以下「利用者」）のInstagramプロフェッショナルアカウントへ自動的に投稿するサービス （以下「本サービス」）を提供しています。本ポリシーは、本サービスの提供にあたり当社が取得・ 利用・保管する情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
当社は、利用者がMetaプラットフォーム上で当社アプリケーションに対して連携を許可した場合に限り、 以下の情報を取得します。

本サービスが当社アプリケーションに対して申請している権限は
instagram_business_basic および instagram_business_content_publish の2つのみであり、
コメントの管理、ダイレクトメッセージの送受信、広告アカウントへのアクセスは行いません。
当社は、上記の目的の範囲を超えて情報を利用しません。広告配信、プロファイリング、 第三者へのデータ販売のために利用することはありません。
当社は、以下の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。
本サービスの提供にあたり、当社は以下のクラウドサービスを利用します。いずれも当社の管理下で、 本ポリシーに定める目的の範囲内でのみ情報を取り扱います。

本サービスは、Meta Platform Terms および Developer Policies に従って運用されます。 Metaから取得したデータは、上記2に定める目的以外に利用せず、Metaが定める保管・削除の要件に従います。
保有する情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除をご希望の場合は、上記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。 ご本人確認のうえ、法令に従って対応いたします。
当社は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。 重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上で改定日を明示するとともに、利用者へ個別にご連絡します。

SKIDAY Inc. ("we") operates live webcams installed at ski resorts and tourism facilities in Japan, and provides a managed service that automatically publishes webcam images to our business clients' own Instagram professional accounts ("the Service").
When a client authorizes our application through Business Login for Instagram, we collect only:
We request only two permissions: instagram_business_basic and
instagram_business_content_publish.
We do NOT collect: passwords or login credentials; personal data of the client's followers or any end users; direct message content; or per-person engagement data.
Solely to publish live webcam images to the client's own Instagram account on the schedule agreed in their service contract, to keep the access token valid, to monitor for failures, and to provide support. We do not sell data, serve advertising, or perform profiling.
We do not share this information with third parties, except where required by law or with the client's consent. Data is stored with Google (Firebase/Firestore, Google Cloud Storage) and Supabase Inc., all in Japan regions, acting as our processors.
Access tokens and account information are retained only for the duration of the service contract. Upon contract termination or a disconnection request, we delete them promptly and in any case within 30 days. Clients may revoke our access at any time from Instagram Settings → Security → Apps and Websites; posting stops immediately. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
All data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled databases. Access is limited to operations staff. We never obtain client passwords. Connection health is monitored daily.
The Service complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained from Meta is used only for the purposes stated above.
